Who are we?
We are a group of postsecondary and secondary education professionals who work with students with disabilities.
What is our mission?
Our mission is to address the needs of students with disabilities on college campuses, and to prepare them for a successful transition from high school to college.
How often do we meet?
We meet once a month during the school year.
What do we do?
- Networking and information sharing meetings to address student needs
- Coordinate semi-annual college student panels to provide student-to-student information and advice to high school students.
- Present at high school family information nights
- Produce and share information to assist in transition planning
- Conduct training for secondary and postsecondary professionals
